ok ok...this time i want to story about my industrial visit,,,
you know that my industrial visit is at CANON OPTO ...


   last two week, there have a talk from speaker from canon..from that talk, i always think how the situation and surrounding at the factory of canon..is it like other factory or different...really really want to know..
but now...i am very happy because i have a visit to canon factory...yeahhhhh....i was going to canon...i can see the real situation in that factory...frankly speaking,i have never go to factory..so i did not know how situation work in factory...so with this visit, i hope i can get something...so..let start with my visit...

early in the morning, around 8 am we are in bus...the journey to canon factory at shah alam was actually take around 30 minute..but,we are in bus for 2 hour because of  trap in traffic jam and lost to find the way out..that ok for me...i need to familiarize with that situation...what people say..live at kl always have traffic jam...haha...

when we arrived at canon opto Malaysia, we were greeted by canon stuff...they seen like very happy to have a visit from us..they snap some of our picture..wow..take picture..1,2,3,..smile:)....
then,we were place at a room for short briefing from canon opto' staff....they give a briefed about the profile and history of canon opto Malaysia...

our first visit is environment area..( water waste plant )..actually,canon opto Malaysia have their own duty to conserve the environment..this what are their policy to save a environment... .i am very impress with them..they really really take the environment as their priority..this show that their company was very superb..from what i can see,they have their own water treatment..they have a segregation process,reverse osmosis process and filter iron..from what i heard from the staff,they use the water for production..this really can save the amount of water use..that good.!!..
besides, i also can see carbon machine which can convert all the waste to biomass fertilizer...wow..that really impress me..in the factory also canon can do all this thing,,,this was amazing...this show that canon factory really care about environment..go green...haha..that why canon has been awarded as the most beautiful deco in Malaysia...cayala...

our second visit is to camera assembly area..haha..to enter this area,we need to cover our shoes with a shoes 
cover that was given by canon staff...like alladin la...
  in this area show how the production of camera..all type of camera and lens are made here...every type of camera was conducted with different group workers....what i can see that they really really concentrate on their work..
i am very impress to see how they work...they never sit for their time hour...and they do their work very fast...in a few minutes,have one camera that already done..wow...very fast...this make me want to do my work as fast as them do their work..haha..tq to them..i am very proud with you all..
and you know what,all the table in this working area was made by canon self...they use all the unused pipe and make table from that..very very reusable company...i like that think they do..intelligent...that why they are advance in industry...i like their thinking....good job canon..!!

 then, we were went to the room again for hear a speech from canon staff...after that, we get a gift from canon...tq because give us a cute mug...haha..then,the best activity..lunch time..!!..

even the visit just a for a few hour, this really make me happy and fun..this industrial visit give me many information about factory situation and working area in the factory...tq a lot... this really make me learn many new thing...i can see the production area and observed how was situation in assemble area..
i am really appreciate this moment...

ok..while I in a good mood today, i want to share 

about my elesys story....

TUESDAY,20 NOVEMBER

Today i am lucky because we have a talk from a speaker from 

MIMOS ..

As we know, MIMOS is a big company that very popular with developing of technology..thank to MJIIT because invited him to come...thats make its special..

Dr.Kamal told us that the speaker will come after 10 am..so to full the time,Dr. kamal start with ask us what are so special study in MJIIT faculties compare to other faculties...is there have any different or just same with other..and as usual,everybody keep quiet until dr.kamal call someone from the list name...

for me,after a few month study in MJIIT, what make its special is about learning style..study in class room without many student in one class..like Japanese-style..lecture can know us better and focus on us compare with learn in lecture hall...Other, its construction maybe..have a lot of door...every single way have a door..haha....and one more thing,,all the lecture at here are on time..maybe like japanese style..discipline about time..that good..!!

yeah..about the invited speaker...his name is MR.VIVEX PANICKER.,EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TITAN THERMAL SOLUTION...a firm person i guess...but, easy to be friendly..his talk is about ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS IN INDUSTRY...

in beginning, he talk about electronic definition...he says that electronic is basic fundamental in our life..all our daily today are need electronic..an I-phone,laptop,heater,television..and others..its show that electronic play a important role in development of technology..in short,all around us are electronic..there is some role in electronic in industry..

    ROLE OF ELECTRONIC IN INDUSTRY..

•  consumer electronic; eg:microwave,discman
•  industrial electronic; eg:robotic arms,electronic control system
•  defense
•  communication
•  medical; eg:ECG machine,NMK scanner
•  imaging

many right..??so don't worry about jobs chance..there are many chance for us who are taking electronic in studies..what we must do is prepare our self to be more skillful and good to win in the competition with others...thank to the speaker because make me aware about the chance of electronic in industry...many type of field we can go..insyaallah....lets try ok...^__^

then.the speaker more focus on the imaging industry..this must be a fun and interesting talk that all my collages like most..its because i see that them give more concentrate in this topic..maybe they are like imaging

this is some basic about electronic within thermal imaging industry..thermal imaging is originally a spin-off defense electronic..electronic and the advancement of  technology has huge impact on thermal industry..its grow from solid state devices-material science development-digital imaging methodologies...nothing much i want to say about its..frankly speaking, i don't interest in thermal imaging topic...yes..its interesting for my friend,but not for me..every one have its own view right?haha..sory...but, i want to share some information about imaging..let see.!!

      Today morning i have a lecture with invited speaker from Canon....a company that produce camera at all..the speaker is a funny man and full with experience...he have a lot of story...what the memorial experience...oh forget to mention..his name his En.azlan..he work at canon opto ( malaysia ) sdn.bhd at shah alam...as a senior general manager,administration center..a little bit about him..he was graduated from university of Electro Communication,Chofu,Toky,Japan...amazing right..impress at the fist site maybe...

       the talk is about ELECTRONIC SYSTEM RELATED TO INDUSTRY AUTOMATION...Wow..the title...last week we talk about bioelectronic related to electronic..but today..about camera,image,lens..have related to electronic..?emmm...what do you think..interesting to find out about it...i think its have its relation..but its more to physic..about lens...maybe i will learn about it..
oo..ok..let begin about the talk given by en.azlan..the talk begin with introduction to canon..new product from canon now is powershoot G1 X...

      amazing right...i hope i can buy it..yeay..the best product i think..and do you that canon care about environment and safety to us as a buyer...haha..in canon manufacturing,they have an principle.it is EQCD..which is stand for Environment, Quality, Cost, and Delivery..
before a new product was produce, about 20 engineer was meeting and need to give their suggestion to produce the product that the company want..if the company want one product that amazing and under buget, the engineer must think about its...oh no...its is work as an engineer like that..must create new idea faster and  creative to create something..work under time limit..and the company just want know that the product are already done when the time arrived...oh no..there must be a big challenge for the canon or somewhere engineer...i really respect to them...thank to en.azlan tell us about it..so i can prepare myself early to work like that..yeah...
actually, en.azlan tell us that now we are practice about work under the time limit..its is like an exam..when we do an exam,we must to follow the time...and the important is about the result....exam meant is when someone can handle and do his best under time control..so its is the best practice to work like that...so..when we work,we must do the work on time...its a key of successful may be..so..lets practice now..lets complete the assignment that given by lecture on time..haha..

     after that, he continues with japanese work culture..as we know,japanese people are very discipline about time..yeah..time again..time is important right..? now time is very faster..huh..its remind me that final exam just around the corner..emm..scary..

after that, the session end with question and answer..
i think this talk give a lot to me..its give me to know the work surrounding..so. its can make me to prepare the mental to work after graduated...lets practice from now...fist thing is manage our time...

 TUESDAY,30 OCTOBER 2012..

        hai...meet again..as usual, i will story about what happen today in my class..,there are no workshop for today..haha..that mean we must hear an lecture..hoho..so sleepy..i think..;(
today lecture are with Dr.Azran...he are young i think...he has been in japan for 15 year...its amazing right..he must be better in japanese language..i want one day i can speak in japan to..

          introduction to bioelectronics..wow..!!..my favorite actually...yeayy...after a long time i not hear about biology anymore,but today...i can heard about biology..really-really  miss to biology subject...i'm so excited..haha...bioelectronic..sounds good and interesting..

                      BIOELECTRONIC...what is its actually...its like electronic + biology...
 this field is seeks to exploit biology in conjunction with electronic in a wider context encompassing , for example, biological fuel cell, bionic and biomaterials for information processing, information storage, electronic components and actuators.....( this what mr.google say actually..)
For me, its may like the interface between biological material and all the component in electronic......that why its is call bioelectronic..;)

         during the class, dr.azran give many question as a quiz..oh no!! it's not as easy as i thought....its conclude all the electronic subject,and the most important is math..haha...how to calculate,how to find the formula..its hard...but,,,its interesting..take its as a challenges in life....seriously..its interesting..can you imagine  
that we can design our electronic machine to measure the blood flow...haha...the doctor in the hospital use it,but we had design it..haha..really fun..

         Dr.Azran also show us some video about DNA sequence and its relation to genetic and electronic..he also tell us about the mechanics of asccusion, SLM image, and rotating illusion..although i don't know about that, i will learn about that someday.....we also can see a picture about Shinya Yomanaka that was wins 2012 Nobel prizes in medicine....i'm impress with that person..he must be good in medicine field..i hope one day i can be like that to...

         After Dr.Azran, we are meet to Dr.Kamal......during Dr.Kamal session, he told us that our mark have already in the board at MJIIT level 3.....haha..i'm so worried what mark i get...
after that, dr.kamal give us an assignment....haha..luckily we do it in group...i need to do a poster presentation....this is my title..( COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM )....
about computer maybe...i need to do more research ...the title is interesting...i need to do its early because the date line was just around the corner...i hope my group and i can do better...like korea say.."figthting"..that mean good luck...haha...

ASSALAMMUALAIKUM...HAI..:)

TUESDAY,23 OCT 2012...

     today is a very thrilling day..you know why..haha..today i have a test for ULTIBOARD..the topic that i learn last week need to be test today...oh my god,its make me nervous...its is because last week i learnt this topic very fast..frankly speaking,i'm not a fast learner..i'm afraid that i can not do..but..simply..i must try myself  right...

     before the class begin,mr.Redzuan show us mark for multisim test....haha..i not get full mark..many my friends get full marks..a little bit jelous..hehe..but,this make me want to do the best for the ultiboard test...hopefully..i must try and do the best..hehe..

     during the test, mr.redzuan ask us to do design for ultiboard..for the board outline,he dont want the square shape..so, i do the eclipe shape..mr.redzuan also want the component have above and below the layer...he also want the trace layer size 25ml....for the resistor also he want us use SMD(2512)...haha..a lot to do right...ok..lets try to do it..

     firstly, i need to do multisim..and then the circuit can be transfer to ultiboard..mr.redzuan said we must do the multisim very fast..dont take more time doing the multisim, if not,we do not have enough time to do ultiboard...this make me scared..how i can do multisim very fast..ok..fist thing i need to do is calm..do it as fast as i  can..i take 30 minutes to do it...later, i need to be more faster..this can make me a good engineer one day..:)

    after i transfer the multisim to the ultiboard, i need to design my board..for my first design,its look compact..after i adjust all the transistor,the trace,its look like complicated...an error are everywhere...red..red..many wire are close each other..after i adjust it,the error still have..this thing make me sad firstly...my friend ask me to adjust the component..but, i'am afraid to do that...i afraid the design be more complicated...but, after i saw all my error, i must be brave to try its..so i try to adjust my component..and after adjust a little bit trace and component,all the error gone..haha..from that i know and learn, we must brave to try something..i think this thing must have inside the engineer..from that, the engineer brave to create something new and try its..

     then,after i finish all the design,i have to submit the design to mr.Redzuan..after i recheck for what i done, i submit the design..i hope i can get best mark..but,the most important is i get something from this class..i think i must give much efforts in my study to be a good engineer..because efforts ladder of success, right..?

ASSALAMUALAIKUM..HAI..!!

this is my second writing..this is about my workshop with mr.Redzuan..the class was begin at 10.00am at electric workshop..there my learning was begin..

during this class, mr.Redzuan has teaching me about Multisim..before, i never know what is Multisim like..i thought that Multisim is the one of the electronic device..haha..but, after the brieffing and some learn from my lecture, now i know what Multisim is actually..Multisim is the cornerstone of the NI circuit teaching solution to build expertise through practical application in designing, prototyping and testing electrical circuit.. that is multisim..now i know what it is..new knowledge in my self..;)

when the class sessions begins, mr.redzuan show my friends and me an example how to do schematic capture..he teach us how to opening and saving file, placing the component and wiring the circuit..its make me excited to try..seriously..its look fun..before that, i thought that is very hard to do..but after try,its very fun..haha..its make me excited to learn electronic..

haha..this is my circuit that i do..initially, i get wrong do it..my LED are not function..hehe..get upset while looking all my friend can do it very well..but, after i recheck, the polarity of capasitor are wrong..so, i corect it agains..its ok for me..because i can learnt from my mistake..from that, i think that to do an electronic work, we must be very2 careful..from that we can be a good engineer..am i right??

after that, mr.redzuan tell us why some component are in blue colour and black..i thought it is usual..haha..after that, i know it have its own meaning..for black colour,its virtual..and for blue colour its real..its like what i learn in matriculation..for lens..have virtual and real..but, in electronic also have..for virtual,its no footprint while real have footprint..huh..mr.redzuan said when we want to transfer the component to board,we must use the real component..

then, mr.redzuan show us a little about how to opening and saving the file in ultiboard..he also show to viewing designs in 3D..its very impressed me..the circuit that we drawing can see in 3D..we can see all the component in large view..its fun.:)haha

last, from what i get in my class, i think its is the best new experience in my life..try and learn something new is fun..insyaallah, i will try my best to be a good engineer..thank you.....

MY FIRST TIME CLASS ( INTRODUCTION TO ELESYS ) WITH DR.KAMAL ON TUESDAY.. 

Assalammualaikum...hallo..;)

For the first my writing, I just want to share about my experience when first time I enter the class of SMJE 1032 at level3 in MJIIT building..the class is about electronic.I am actually not interest in this course at all...but, at here, my new live is begin..

First of all, I been glad to be in this class because I have many friend that are always supported me a lot..That make me feel happy to be in class..haha..For the first activity,Dr.Kamal introduce himself to us..then,he tell us about what is electronic about.Dr ask about the different of electronic and electronic system.There is have the different? for me, the different of them just when we mention its name..haha..but, they are same. it all about   electronic.believe it or not, all surround us are electronic and we use it everyday..one of them is our cell phone.right?

Dr.kamal also ask us to introduce ourselves to all the member in the class. we have to tell our name,graduate from where and why we choose SMJE course.. from what i heard, many of them do not choose smje course .but, that a challenges to be excellent..accept it and try our best..hope one day we can be a good engineer,.insyaallah..

after the orientation with all the class member, Dr. kamal give some question to be answer..the question is about basic concept in electric..about physic..like what is the frequency,its relation with period, to draw a simple circuit...I have forget about that things,but with my discussion with friends, we can answer it..

Dr.kamal also show us a video. the video is about a life of one student in the university. student in this video are not give his attention and focus to what they are learn in the university. from what I learn, we must focus in our study to be success! After our paper was be collect by the Dr.kamal,our class session finish..
